Boot Camp feature for Tuesday, October 6, 2009

Taking those netbooks everywhere. I'm Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear. iGo, maker of a line of chargers that can handle all kinds of notebook computers and other electronic gadgets... is out with a new line designed for netbooks, which have been growing in popularity. iGo products VP Wally Thornton says a charger that can be used at home, in a car or on a plane sells for under 70 dollars and will work with just about any netbook on the market...

"We have multiple tips. And so a netbook package, one of our products, will come with multiple tips to give the consumer out of box compatibility with almost every netbook on the market. And if your tip is not in there, all the consumer has to do is go to iGo.com and we'll ship you the correct one for free."

The iGo Netbook Anywhere Charger can also charge a wide variety of other gadgets like mobile phones and media players as well. You can find us with archives, interviews and more at BootCamp.com. I'm Fred Fishkin.
