New features in the latest System Mechanic from Iolo

Boot Camp feature for Tuesday, October 1, 2013

New features in the latest System Mechanic.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.     Keeping a PC running problem free isn’t so easy…and most folks don’t want to go around tinkering with the registry and temporary files that can clutter hard drives.   That’s what has made System Mechanic a worthwhile software package.   And the latest, version 12, adds some new features.    Iolo Technologies Director of Engineering Siva Kannan says the focus is on system stability….

“One of the features is called reliability guard or stability guard.  It basically gives a user a good understanding about the existing reliability of the machine, what causes reliability to go up or down and what a user needs to do to make sure that the machine continues to be reliable.”

There’s more info, discounts and downloads at Iolo.com.   You can find us with archives, interviews and more at BootCamp.com.   I’m Fred Fishkin.
