GoPro Fetch mount for Fido

Boot Camp feature for Wednesday, September 24, 2014

The latest mount for GoPro cameras…is designed for Fido.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.     People have been coming up with contraptions to put cameras on their pets for years.   But now GoPro is making it official…and probably a lot more safe and secure…with the Fetch.   It’s an adjustable harness with not one, but two mounts for GoPro cameras.   GoPro’s Rick Loughery…

“It allows the camera to be up on top of the dog on its back, in between its shoulders as well as having a camera kind of underneath on its chest.  I know personally, I remember putting the GoPro on my dog Rupert about three or four years ago.   And he’s a big dog, about a hundred and twenty pounds, so I’d use the chest harness.”

The results are great fun…and you can see lots of examples online.   You can find the GoPro Fetch for under 45 dollars…camera not included.   You can find us at BootCamp.com.   I’m Fred Fishkin.
