Galxyz game designed to teach kids science

Boot Camp feature for Friday, March 25, 2016

A video game designed to teach science.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.    It’s a new game called Galxyz Blue Apprentice.  It’s designed for mobile devices and desktop computers that gives kids problems to solve covering more than 45 scientific topics.   Founder and CEO Osman Rashid…

“Our goal is to increase the fascination for science in kids and unlock their true potential.  The biggest thing that’s going on nowadays is so many kids are leaving science cause their not really engaging with the topic.  And what we’re trying to do is bring in a fun activity while teaching them science at the same time so the kids are really engaged with the material and find it cool.”

The game is designed for five to eleven year olds.   There’s more info at Galxyz.com.   You can find us with archives, interviews and more at BootCamp.com.   I’m Fred Fishkin.
