HTC collaboration with Under Armour just getting started

Boot Camp feature for Tuesday, August 9, 2016

HTC says it’s collaboration with Under Armour is just getting started.   I’m Fred Fishkin with BootCamp, your Techstination for gadgets and gear.    The Under Armour Healthbox designed by HTC is one of the most comprehensive fitness tracking packages available.   It combines a smart fitness band…with a connected scale and a chest worn heart rate monitor and puts it all together with apps that give fitness enthusiasts or anyone…a clear picture of their progress.   And HTC’s VP of connected products Wolfgang Muller promises…there’s more to come…

“We’re just getting started.  We’ve created something that is starting to open up people’s minds and understanding that there’s more to fitness than just throwing out an average wearable and assuming that people are going to figure out how to use it.  We’re educating the consumer, the everyday athlete and the experienced athlete.  And our goal is evolve that into next year.   So there’s some exciting things we’re working on that you guys will probably be hearing about in the near future.”

There’s more at HTC.com or UnderArmour.com.   You can find us at BootCamp.com.  I’m Fred Fishkin.
