"The Rugrats, it's a child's view of the world. It's an infant's view of the world. They're one and two year old brothers, cousins, siblings and neighbors...but they're commentary on the world really hits home with parents. In a lot of ways, I think they're a lot like the old Warner Brothers Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck, where it was geared towards children, but parents and older teenagers and people throughout the different ages really enjoyed watching it."
The CD ROMS allow kids to interact with the show's characters... solving puzzles and playing games. Broderbund says the Activity Challenge helps children develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills. All we know is...in our kids' test...the programs were all winners.
